CHEM-WELD 200 - Tinning paste glossy

without lead

For soldering, tinning, improving damaged areas on tinned parts, for tinning or fine soldering of copper, brass and steel, for fine soldering in electrical engineering, food industry, jewellery etc. Suitable for copper, brass and iron materials. The paste can also be used as a flux for applied lubricating tin. Lead-free.

Instructions. Dilute with CHEM-WELD 130 if necessary. Thoroughly degrease the surface of the material, e.g. with degreasing spray or CHEM-WELD 1802. Apply the paste with a brush as a thin spray, dip small parts into the paste. Heat the soldered area until the solder melts (working temperature approx. 230°C). Wipe the still liquid solder with a clean cloth to achieve a smooth and shiny surface. Then wash with water and dry.

P305+P351+P338 IN CASE OF EYE CONTACT: Rinse gently with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if fitted and if they can be removed easily. Continue rinsing. P310 Call a doctor immediately.
