Product detailed description
CHEM-WELD 8310
Tough transition electrode
- for the repair of construction and earthmoving machinery
- shaft welding (welding can be turned)
- for welding dissimilar steels (e.g. stainless steel - common steel)
The weld metal exhibits high strength, temperature resistance and toughness.
It is resistant to cracks, abrasion and cavitation (water wear)
Versatile use. Welding of stainless steels, for high carbon,
medium and high alloy steels, carburized steels, difficult to weld,
for welding dissimilar steels, refractory and chromium steels.
As a base layer under hardfacing, as an intermediate layer for armouring,
for repairing booms, excavator teeth, manganese wear plates,
loader buckets, mobile pulleys, water turbines, etc.
ADVANTAGES

Společnost CHEM-WELD byla založena v Rakousku roku 1967 panem Siegfriedem Schweigerem.
Název CHEM-WELD znamená spojení chemie a svařování.
Prvním výrobkem bylo speciální lepidlo na kov Chem-Stahl 1000 HT, které nahrazovalo svařování v dolech JAR.
