Special electrode highly resistant to abrasive wear

Wear-resistant soil, sand, stone

Designed for welding tools and machines that are resistant to abrasive wear. For welding on plough blades, mixer wings, cement and concrete pumps, sand conveyors, press moulds in brickworks, spring augers of all types.

High yield 170%

- from 100 kg of electrodes you can weld 70 kg of hardener

High hardness up to 66 HRC

- The electrode contains Vanadium and Chromium carbides in the weld metal, which gives the weld high hardness

The weld contains large amounts of chromium carbides and vanadium. Designed for armouring and welding of parts subjected to abrasive wear by sliding, such as plough blades, mixer blades, cement and concrete pumps, sand conveyors, press moulds in brickworks, squeezing augers of all types, grinding plates, excavator teeth. Not impact resistant. Alloyed in packaging, yield up to 170%.
