Product detailed description
CHEM-WELD 8200
Electrode for high alloy and unknown steels
For welding and cladding. High strength and crack resistant, corrosion and impact resistant. For medium and high alloy steels, hard to weld special steels, stainless steels, tool and manganese steels. For hardenable and spring steels preheat 250°C. Usable up to a maximum of 500°C. Cold hardenable up to 200 HB.
Application examples:
leaf pens - axes - cylinders - files - drills - knives
welding of crankshafts - welding of new teeth
ADVANTAGES
transition electrode
welding of unknown steels
welding of spring steel
usable in all positions
Self-removable slag
DISADVANTAGES
preheating required for spring steels and hardenable steels
CHEM-WELD 5100 preheating electrode can be used for preheating

Společnost CHEM-WELD byla založena v Rakousku roku 1967 panem Siegfriedem Schweigerem.
Název CHEM-WELD znamená spojení chemie a svařování.
Prvním výrobkem bylo speciální lepidlo na kov Chem-Stahl 1000 HT, které nahrazovalo svařování v dolech JAR.
