CHMET - two-component adhesive for metal

(replacement for CHEM-WELD 1000Rapid)

Liquid metal based on epoxy resin. For repair of steel and cast iron parts, fast setting. Temperature resistance approx. -40 °C to +120 °C. Processing time approx. 5-10 min. Solvent-free, universally applicable. Mechanical processing is possible after 30 min. Final curing occurs after 24 hours.

Examples of use: repairing steel and cast iron parts, filling holes, lumps, cracks, sealing joints, joining various metals.

Instructions for use: the surfaces to be bonded must be clean, free of oils and grease. Excellent results are achieved if the surface is first mechanically roughened. Remove the cap by turning, position the mixing nozzle and tighten. Squeeze out the contents and remove the first 2 g as they are not yet mixed in a 1:1 ratio. The setting time may be reduced at high temperatures. Bring together and secure. Store the filled tube in a cool, dry place.
