Product detailed description
CHEM-WELD 9300 - Cold ink (brünier)
Preparation for cold blackening of iron objects
WARNING: Sold for professional use only - sales by IČO. The product is dangerous. Read the safety data sheet for the product carefully.
It is intended for repairing damaged surfaces, but can be used to blacken whole objects, e.g. weapons, machinery, car parts, decorative items.
Chem-Weld 9300 is intended for steels and cast irons up to a maximum of 12% Nickel and Chromium
It is used to protect metallic clean surfaces from oxidation, has a decorative effect. The surface must be cleaned and degreased with an organic solvent (e.g. Chem-Weld 1802). Work at a temperature of 20°C to 25°C. If the material or product is too cold, the ink will not react properly. Apply the product using a flat brush (other than for degreasing). Leave on for 3-5 minutes, repeat as necessary. Remove residual chemicals with a soft brush and water before repeating or when finished. Treat the painted area with oil - it is decorative and increases corrosion resistance. The product is usually not diluted, just mix and it is ready to use. If necessary, it can be diluted with distilled water. Application does not cause any changes in the dimensions or texture of the material.

Společnost CHEM-WELD byla založena v Rakousku roku 1967 panem Siegfriedem Schweigerem.
Název CHEM-WELD znamená spojení chemie a svařování.
Prvním výrobkem bylo speciální lepidlo na kov Chem-Stahl 1000 HT, které nahrazovalo svařování v dolech JAR.
