Universal tubular welding MIG wire No. 460 F (HF600)
FCAW-G filled MIG wire with very good abrasion and impact resistance.
Weld metal can only be machined by grinding.
Filled tubular welding wire for welding machine parts made of structural steel, steel alloy or hard manganese steel. Weld metal is tough and crack resistant, it is abrasion resistant when subjected to simultaneous pressure and impact.
Examples of applications: welding on excavator buckets, excavators, plough blades, impact drills, conveyor augers, hammers, mixer blades, new shear edges, brickworks moulds, mixing blades, crushers, earthmoving machines, die casting moulds, scrapers, conveyors, rollers, spreader rollers, cement and concrete pumps, pumps. Versatile applications in stone quarries, coal mines, brickworks, sand plants, cement plants, concrete plants.
