Sponge spray

Prevents spattered metal and slag from sticking in the nozzle and on the part to be welded.

Increases the service life of the nozzles and torch nozzles. Facilitates welding wire feed.

Does not affect subsequent surface treatments: cataphoresis, electroplating, zinc (chem., heat.), painting, etc.

Contains a perfume which serves as a safety feature in case the entire aerosol content is released into the air, the perfume will alert the operator to the high concentration of compressible gas in the air and the risk of explosion (in these cases, ensure sufficient ventilation).

Usage:

KOWAX SEPARATION SPRAY is a special silicone-free welding separation spray that provides a significant increase in the life of welding torch end parts. It facilitates the movement of the welding wire and mainly prevents the formation of deposits on the workpieces and in the welding nozzles. Spray a thin layer on the cool inner parts of the torch (in the nozzle) and the part to be welded. Do not spray on hot or incandescent parts. Prevents sprayed metal and slag from sticking to the part to be welded in the nozzle, increases the life of torch nozzles and spouts, and facilitates welding wire feed. Content: 400 ml.
