8301 M - Tough MIG wire for welding dissimilar steels

Austenitic MIG wire for welding dissimilar, armour, austenitic-manganese and difficult-to-weld steels without preheating. As a substrate for welding. The weld is resistant to corrosion and high mechanical stress due to the excellent ductility of the weld metal. The weld is temperature resistant from -100°C to +500°C. Weld hardness 200 HV to 450 HV.

For welding difficult to weld materials such as Hardox, Milux, Hadfield steel, tool steels, welding steel with high sulphur and phosphorus content. Welding of armour plates, rails, switches, crane wheels, exhaust manifolds, heat exchanger parts, pulp processing equipment, paper, textiles. For welding missing material on mining machines, excavator buckets, arms, shovels.
