CH 1411 - aluminium sealant

for repairing aluminium parts, for filling cracks, holes, leaks and damaged surfaces. Cut off the desired piece of sealant and thoroughly hand-wet. Squeeze into desired area and allow to cure. Initial cure after 10 minutes. The cured material can be painted and machined by drilling, filing, milling.

Apply to cleaned and roughened surfaces. Wear protective gloves during application.

Processing time: processing time is 4 minutes at room temperature 20 °C. Full mechanical curing occurs in approx. 60 minutes, final strength after 24 hours.

Shelf life: The epoxy stick should be stored in a shaded place at a temperature between 5°C and 20°C.

Chemical resistance: resistant to hydrocarbons, ketones, alcohols, esters, salt solutions, dilute acids.

Colour after curing: dark grey

Long-term temperature resistance: 120°C
