CHEM-WELD 9500 ZINC SPRAY

Contains 92% Zn + 3% synthetic resin, which provides long-term protection against corrosion and oxidation.

Colour identical to galvanized sheet - metallic silver - replaces hot dip galvanizing

It is abrasion resistant, weather resistant.

Resistant to temperatures up to 300°C, short-term up to 800°C

Universal use, suitable for all metals, fast drying, conducts electric current.

For repairing paint and zinc coatings damaged by welding, drilling, grinding, etc. For grilles, railings, fences, roof protection, tanks, chimney hatches, masts, truck bodies, turbines, agricultural equipment, beverage machines, thermal equipment, installations..

Instructions. We recommend to test the spray on a sample first before use. The surface of the parts must be degreased, free of dirt and rust. Spray crosswise from a distance of about 30 cm in 2 - 3 layers. Allow time for the layers to dry between each application. It is possible to repaint the coating.
