CHEM-WELD 9511- Zinc spray (grey)

For quick repairs of hot-dip galvanizing

For repairs caused by welding, drilling, filing, cutting, shielded atmosphere welding, spot welding, brazing or grinding and for repairing hot dip galvanizing defects.

Prevents corrosion, resists salt water, weathering and temperatures up to +200°C.

Use: on railings, balconies, boat bottoms, fence posts, roof protection, tanks, chimney hatches, truck bodies, turbines. Suitable for heat pumps and ventilation equipment, heating ducts, heating elements.

Instructions: shake before use until the ball inside the spray moves and sounds metallic. The properties of the spray will affect each material differently, so it is advisable to test the spray first, especially if the material is to be repainted. Degrease the surface before applying the paint, or remove rust. For long term protection against corrosion, spray crosswise in 2 to 3 coats with a drying time of approx. 12 hours at 20°C.
