CHEM-WELD 4000

Hard brass solder with high strength - flux coated

has good wettability and flowability. The high strength allows fast and safe repairs.

It is 10 times more wear resistant than conventional solder 

It has good adhesion to rusted and lightly oxidized surfaces. Solder metal is well forgeable and cold hardenable. Suitable for soldering cast materials, carbide and nickel alloyed materials. Universally applicable except for stainless steel material. Also suitable for creating new teeth on gears.

DIN 8513 t 1: L Cu Ni10Zn42

AWS : RB-Cu-Zn-D

Contains nickel, has good wettability and flowability. Due to suitable alloying, it mitigates thermal stresses, structure change and deformation. High strength allows for quick and safe repairs. It is 10 times more wear resistant than normal solder. It has good adhesion on rusted and slightly oxidized surfaces. Solder metal is well forgeable and cold hardenable. Suitable for soldering cast materials, carbide and nickel alloyed materials. Universally applicable except for stainless steel material. Also suitable for creating new teeth on gears.

splnil očekávání ,je s tím výborná práce

Společnost CHEM-WELD byla založena v  Rakousku roku 1967 panem Siegfriedem Schweigerem.

Název CHEM-WELD znamená spojení chemie a svařování.

Prvním výrobkem bylo speciální lepidlo na kov Chem-Stahl 1000 HT,  které nahrazovalo svařování v dolech JAR.
