CHEM-WELD 930 - Universal soldering iron, Ag 2%

Characterized by increased strength. Hygienically safe, no flux is required for soldering copper. Suitable for capillary soldering. In case of soldering copper alloys use flux 110. For hot and cold water distribution. Also suitable for cooling equipment, instantaneous water heaters, transformers, etc.

Penetration of liquids into narrow spaces or gaps by the force of surface tension. The capillary action in the tube is calculated according to Young with h = 2T / rdg (h = height in cm, r = radius in cm, g = gravitational acceleration in cm/s2, T = surface tension in dyn/cm, d = density).Capillary solder fittings shall be dimensionally accurate so that the solder gap between the pipe and the fitting is 0,02 mm to a maximum of 0,5 mm wide, depending on the size of the fitting.
