Product detailed description
CHEM-WELD 7000
Electrode for easy welding and scoring
Simple operation
This electrode is contact electrode - when welding, we directly touch the material, holding the electrode at an angle of approx. 45°.
Short arc, small spatter, slag can be easily removed. Particularly light ignition, high strength and heat resistance.
For assembly welding and pipe welding. For all welding positions, ideal for stitching and spotting. Also suitable for transformer.
Universal use
For unalloyed, low alloy, heat resistant, boiler and tubular steels, also for steel, welds well on rusted, soiled and galvanised steels. Fences, gates, structures, sheet metal, pipes, etc. The electrode diameter of 1.6 mm allows welding even sheets with a thickness of 1.0 mm!
ADVANTAGES
- High strength
- easy ignition
- contact
- flexible
- universal use
- slag can be easily removed
- for very weak sheet metal
DISADVANTAGES
- does not have

Electrode with a wide range of applications. For non-alloyed, low-alloyed and heat-resistant steels, for boiler steels and X-ray welds, also for steel lithium. Especially suitable for assembly welding and pipe welding. For all welding positions, extra easy arc ignition, ideal for stitching. High strength, low spatter, forms easily removable slag, suitable for working temperatures up to +500°C. For welding unalloyed, low alloy, fine grain, heat resistant and boiler steels, for steel lithium, also welds well on rusted, soiled and galvanized steels. For structural steels grade 11, shipbuilding steels grade A, B /DIN/, St37 up to St52.3, WStE26-36, HI, HII, HIII + 17 + Mn 4, 19 Mn 5, GS 38 - GS 52, mat. Společnost CHEM-WELD byla založena v Rakousku roku 1967 panem Siegfriedem Schweigerem.
Název CHEM-WELD znamená spojení chemie a svařování.
Prvním výrobkem bylo speciální lepidlo na kov Chem-Stahl 1000 HT, které nahrazovalo svařování v dolech JAR.
