Flux - paste ABP ULTRAFLUX® 500 PS
Flux suitable for all silver brazing fluxes up to a working temperature of 800°C and for phosphor-copper (Cu-P) brazing fluxes (e.g. CHW 511, 505, 521; 550, 950, 930). For all metals except light metal alloys, for soldering copper, brass and red bronze, for installation of gas and water pipes with copper pipes.

Colour white
Mix the paste well before use. Apply the flux to the cleaned workpiece with a brush or by dipping. The area around the solder joint should also be covered with flux to protect it from oxidation. Heat the workpiece to soldering temperature and insert the solder into the solder point and heat together. Flux residues are corrosive and must be removed.
Store in tightly sealed containers protected from moisture.
If stored properly, the product has a minimum shelf life of 24 months in the unopened original packaging.
Operating temperature range: 450 - 800 °C
