UltraFlux Stainless 57 brazing flux
Flux for brazing steel, stainless steel, copper and copper alloys. For special steels, titanium zinc, galvanized steels, copper and brass, for refrigeration, roofing, sheet metal construction, fittings (e.g. soldering irons No. CHEM-WELD 230, 232, 260). Ideal for capillary soldering of high alloy stainless steels. Suitable for materials e.g.: 1 .4301, 1.4305, 1.4307, 1.4316, 1.4318, 1.4401, 1.4404, 1.4841, ASTM F562 (MP35N).
Operating temperature range: 50°C - 300°C
Type: 3224 according to DIN EN ISO 9454-1 (F-SW11)
Flux residues are corrosive and must be carefully washed off with warm water (or neutralisation, ultrasonic).
Store in tightly closed containers protected from direct sunlight and moisture. If stored properly, they can be stored for a minimum of 24 months.
