CHEM-WELD 505 B

Silver solder with high fluidity bath, bare - without flux, Ag 55%

Solder metal is characterized by high bath fluidity, low heat input, high quality packaging, high joint quality, very good strength, weld metal polishability and economy in use. Suitable for ferrous and copper materials, stainless steels, nickel alloys, steel, tempered cast iron and carbide. Specially developed for soldering and repairing equipment in the food industry (e.g. installations on water mains). Particularly suitable for medical and optical instrument connections. Recommended flux 110 or 111.

Společnost CHEM-WELD byla založena v  Rakousku roku 1967 panem Siegfriedem Schweigerem.

Název CHEM-WELD znamená spojení chemie a svařování.

Prvním výrobkem bylo speciální lepidlo na kov Chem-Stahl 1000 HT,  které nahrazovalo svařování v dolech JAR.
