CHEM-WELD 5000
Special electrode for grooving and cutting
For grooving and cutting all metallic materials. Extremely high blowing effect, easy ignition, also suitable for transformer. No oxygen or compressed air required. Removes all defective welds, cuts anti-corrosion, shrinks edges, opens cracks, blasts off cracked welded layers. Applicable in all positions.
For aluminium, steel, cast iron, stainless and other steels
By grooving with the CHEM-WELD 5000 electrode you achieve the burning of impurities (grease) in the area of the future weld.
This is important, for example, when welding cast iron.
It is very important to follow the work procedure!
When working with the cutting and grooving electrode, it is advisable to tilt the working material slightly. The electrode must be held at an acute angle of approx. 15° and pushed forward away from you. The grooved material is pushed out in front of the electrode by the blowing effect

Název CHEM-WELD znamená spojení chemie a svařování.
