Passivation solution CHEM-WELD 2612

For sealing the machined stainless steel surface after pickling and thus increasing the resistance of stainless steel materials to corrosion and atmospheric influences

- for passivation of special steels class 17 (according to CSN) - stainless steel, alloy steels, molybdenum steels, etc.

Examples of use: heat exchangers, hoods, stainless steel tables, pressure vessels, boilers, stainless steel pipes, boilers, railings, etc.

If special steel is treated, e.g. by grinding, blasting, chemical treatment, etc., its corrosion resistance is reduced.

Such a surface can be easily treated by pickling and subsequent passivation.

Packaging: 1 kg; 20 kg (canister)

Yield: 6-20 m2/kg

Apply the passivation solution by spraying or brushing and leave it on for 20-30 min. Then rinse with water at a pressure of min. 12 MPa and dry.
