Cu-Ag5-P solder for capillary soldering, Ag 5%
High quality solder for capillary and filler soldering of copper without flux or copper alloys. Good flowability and fluidity, nickel and iron free, good electrical conductivity. Suitable for the electrical industry (production of electric motors) and the construction of instruments, copper wiring, etc. We recommend flux 110. Design round or square.

Penetration of liquids into narrow spaces or gaps by the force of surface tension. The capillary action in a tube is calculated by Young with h = 2T / rdg (h = height in cm, r = radius in cm, g = gravitational acceleration in cm/s2, T = surface tension in dyn/cm, d = density).Capillary solder fittings shall be dimensionally accurate so that the solder gap between the pipe and the fitting is 0,02 mm to a maximum of 0,5 mm wide, depending on the size of the fitting.
