Basic coated electrode with medium hardness and ductility for welding parts subjected to friction and impact. The weld metal is chip-machinable. Welds are possible without intermediate layers. Also as a coating for rails welded with CHEM-WELD 7018 or 7200. Applications: welding on wheel covers, rims, strikers, rails, mobile pulleys, clutches, drum brakes, cable pulleys, shaft welding. |
