CHEM-WELD 9534 Soaking spray / red

A product for the detection of surface cracks by the soak-in method without destruction.

For testing machine parts, tanks, pipes, cast and forged parts, welded joints, etc.

Suitable for almost all materials, e.g. cast iron, aluminium, stainless and structural steels, ceramics, plastics.

In combination with developing spray No. 9536, it produces a distinct red and white contrast.

First clean and degrease the test area thoroughly with CHEM-WELD 1802 degreasing spray. Shake CHEM-WELD 9534 red spray briefly before use, spray on the test area, leave for approx. 5 min. Wipe with a damp cloth and dry. Then spray CHEM-WELD 9536 developing spray and after 1-2 min any cracks and porosity will show as red lines or dots.

EUH208 Contains N-(2-ethylhexyl)-1-[[3-methyl-4-[(3-methylphenyl)azo]phenyl]azo]naphthalen-2-amine. May cause an allergic reaction.
