CHEM-WELD 9510 - ALUMINIUM SPRAY

Long-term protection against corrosion and oxidation.

Excellent temperature resistance:

• up to 200°C without any change in appearance.
• up to 600°C permanently
• up to 800°C short-term

Excellent adhesion, fast drying, paintable, weldable by all welding methods

Resistant to abrasion, water, oil, gasoline.

Content: 400 ml

Universal use. Suitable for quick repair of zinc coatings damaged e.g. by welding, drilling, grinding. Replacement of damaged paintwork on cars, coatings on the inside of sheet metal after welding, for bodies destroyed by blasting, for heating equipment, ventilation, pipes, heating elements, railings, fence posts, exhausts, roofs, tanks, chimneys, storage tanks, truck bodies, turbines, repair of scratches on anodized surfaces (windows, doors). The liquid coating produces a surface galvanic effect on the sheet metal with a basic cathodic anti-corrosion effect

Instructions. Before use, we recommend to test the spray first on a sample. The surface of the parts must be degreased, free of dirt and rust. Spray crosswise from a distance of about 30 cm in 2 - 3 layers. Allow a minimum of 5 min for the layers to dry between each application. It is possible to recoat the spraying.

P501 Remove packaging according to current regulations. P503 Consult manufacturer or supplier for disposal, reclamation or recycling.
