CHEM-WELD 9200
Special electrode for removing kinked
screws - taps - drill bits - chips - grease nipples
The electrode creates an extra strong pin which helps us to pull out the broken part. The non-stick slag prevents the connection with the surrounding material. Excellent for rusted screws. The pin can also be welded onto hardened steel such as a broken drill bit that cannot be drilled and hand pullers cannot be used. Strength approx. 100 kg/mm2.
The weakest electrode ( 1.6 mm) can be used to weld the pin in a hole with a diameter of at least 4.0 mm.

An excellent and essential tool for every workshop. High-performance, synthetic electrode with a newly developed casing with the ability to weld in deep blind holes. Special slag separates and protects the base material, thread and weld. Forms a pin on the torn-off residue of the screw or tap without bonding to the surrounding material.
Instructions for use. Slowly wind upwards. Once we are at the level of the base material we take a matching nut in which we follow the same procedure to the edge and then weld the nut. Once the nut has cooled it can be unscrewed. A few strong blows with a hammer while twisting allows the slag to be released from the thread. Welding current: = +

Název CHEM-WELD znamená spojení chemie a svařování.
Prvním výrobkem bylo speciální lepidlo na kov Chem-Stahl 1000 HT, které nahrazovalo svařování v dolech JAR.
