Product detailed description

CHEM-WELD 8110

Electrode for high alloy and galvanized steels

DIN 8556: E23.13.2 LR 26

AWS A 5.4: E309MoL-17

EN 1600: E 23.12.2 LR 3 2

Highly crack resistant. Super fusibility on all types of steel, easy slag removal, smooth weld. Resistant to acids (Mo alloy) and corrosion. Suitable for temperatures from -60°C to +300°C. Electrodes for welding alloy steels, plated and heterogeneous steels. For duplex stainless steels, frames, castings, various machine components, pump chambers and shafts, industrial heating systems. For repair of parts damaged by corrosion, welding of manganese steels, manganese steels with other steels, filler layers in hardenable steels, for stainless steels (low carbon content). On the basis of special packaging suitable for welding zinc, for mat. 1.4401, 1.4404, 1.4571.

Společnost CHEM-WELD byla založena v  Rakousku roku 1967 panem Siegfriedem Schweigerem.

Název CHEM-WELD znamená spojení chemie a svařování.

Prvním výrobkem bylo speciální lepidlo na kov Chem-Stahl 1000 HT,  které nahrazovalo svařování v dolech JAR.
