Product detailed description
CHEM-WELD 7100
Universal electrode also for contaminated materials
Ideal for areas where cleaning of the base material is difficult. For welding steel, steels soaked in oil or sprinkling salt, slightly corroded steels, steels painted with paint or otherwise soiled steels, welding zinc and galvanized steels. E.g. manufacture and repair of railings, gates, boilers, pipes, repair of construction machinery, excavators.
- - for rust and dirt
- - maintenance work
- - in agriculture
- - in livestock production
Contact electrode - easy to guide the electrode directly over the material (very short arc) - the electrode is held at an angle of approx. 45°
Impurities are excluded into the glassy slag.

ADVANTAGES
- Resistant to contamination
- Easy welding
- Slag is easy to remove
- Contact electrode
- Wide range of applications

Společnost CHEM-WELD byla založena v Rakousku roku 1967 panem Siegfriedem Schweigerem.
Název CHEM-WELD znamená spojení chemie a svařování.
Prvním výrobkem bylo speciální lepidlo na kov Chem-Stahl 1000 HT, které nahrazovalo svařování v dolech JAR.
