Product detailed description

CHEM-WELD 8000

Calcium-base electrode for problem steels

DIN 1736: EL NiCr 15 FeMn

AWS A 5.11: E Ni Cr Fe 3

EN 14172: E-Ni 6182 NiCr15Fe6Mn

High nickel electrode, stainless. Resistant to thermal shock and thermal shock and temperatures from -196°C to +1150°C. Weld metal prevents carbon diffusion and forms a low hydrogen content coating. For welding nickel alloyed steels (Inconel 600, Incoloy 800), for black and white welding (steel-stainless), difficult to weld steels, steels of unknown origin. Low and high temperature deposition, tooling, hot working steels, die casting moulds, heat exchangers, tanks in chemical industry, construction, cement works. For mat. no. 1.5680, 2.4876, 1.4958, 1.4862.

Společnost CHEM-WELD byla založena v  Rakousku roku 1967 panem Siegfriedem Schweigerem.

Název CHEM-WELD znamená spojení chemie a svařování.

Prvním výrobkem bylo speciální lepidlo na kov Chem-Stahl 1000 HT,  které nahrazovalo svařování v dolech JAR.
