Aluminium cleaner P-AL No. 2609

is a highly effective pickling and cleaning agent for aluminium, copper, bronze and brass.

The cleaner removes oxides, paint build-up and dirt on the surface of the product. It cleans and lightens aluminium, including cast aluminium. Removes deposits, resin, beer, milk or boiler scale. Ideal for cleaning welded, brazed or oxidized parts such as wheels, vehicle structures, milk and beer tanks, etc. After application, the surface is lighter and visually unified compared to the condition before use. The product is odourless.

Duration of action: 5-20 min

P-AL is applied to the product surface by spraying or dipping. From 1 kg of the product 8 - 12 m2 of surface can be treated in undiluted state. Depending on the type of material, the product can be diluted 1:1 to 1:3 with drinking water. The duration of action is between 5 and 20 minutes under normal conditions. After this treatment, the surface (metallic clean) is ready for further subsequent operations such as painting or coating. The recommended temperature range for application is 12°C to 25°C. Before operational application, it is recommended to test the appropriate dilution and exposure time to achieve both visual uniformity and optimum consumption when applied to the material.
